I have visited Lick several times and each time I’m greeted with a smile, great customer service and attention to detail with my special request orders. I recently visited on a day when they experienced a brief power outage and had a line of customers waiting to be served. The young lady Kennedy handled the situation so well, she remained calm and polite, she worked diligently to get the pos system and tvs up and running, she was in control and didn’t get overwhelmed. Great service and friendly staff. Massive options. Only downside was cash only tips which seems shady for the workers for the company to do that.

I had a lovely time here. I got the green machine milkshake thing. It was really good but enormous! Customer service was great and ice cream was a great quality that I’ve rarely tasted.
