Little Caesars Pizza is a restaurant that serves good food, but with some inconsistencies in customer service. The pizza is a highlight, with almost every pizza being great. The new stuff crust pizza was good and hot, and they are nice with the parmesan/seasoning on the cheese bread. However, customers may experience a wait before being acknowledged or served, whether dining in or at the drive-thru, which will be a little slower if you didn't order ahead. Some staff may not maintain good hygiene practices, which can be off-putting. The restaurant is capable of providing good service, and employees can be attentive and accommodating. There is nothing in the little hole in the wall for children, and wheelchair accessibility is hard because the curb makes getting a wheelchair in there kinda hard. With some improvements, the restaurant could provide a better overall experience.
