I went there to get a cheese pizza, which you always have to wait for. I ordered my pizza,asked for it light and spent 15 minutes in the plaza and came back to a not ready pizza. I asked if it was gonna be light. The next thing I know the manager started yelling they come out however they come out. She said she makes 10 pizzas at a time and doesn't have time to look out for 1. At that point, I asked for my money back. She came to the front and a full fledged argument ensued. Little Caesars Pizza is a restaurant that serves good food, but with some inconsistencies in customer service. The pizza is a highlight, with almost every pizza being great. There is nothing in the little hole in the wall for children, and wheelchair accessibility is hard because the curb makes getting a wheelchair in there kinda hard. With some improvements, the restaurant could provide a better overall experience.
