Ordered online, arrived at the restaurant 5 min later than the completion time displayed on my app. I came inside and asked for my order. The manager wanted to see my receipt. I showed her the receipt on my phone. She called out my order, and I realized my order wasn't even prepared! I ended up waiting for an additional 25 to 30 minutes for them to put my order together and finally got my food. The fact that people were walking in and getting served before me was irritating. KFC is my favorite fat food chicken, but the good didn't seem as good today. The cashier was polite and friendly, but they were understaffed so she had to take orders and leave the register to get food and drinks. Sometimes she would be gone a while and the love would grow. Even a drink refill took longer than expected. No one cleaned tables the entire time I was there.
