Always check your food when you order carry out, They gave me the wrong pizza two different times.

I'm from the west coast and Marcos is the best big chain in the south thus far. Better than Papa John's, Pizza Hut, Domino's, and whoever else I'm missing. My whole family loves the thin crust it's so good and has the right amount of crisp and crunch.

I ordered last Tuesday and for the first time ever my order was wrong the manager made up for it gave me a credit and today I reordered and it was perfect just like it was all the times before thank you so much for making up we love y'all's Pizza and the Tuesday special BOGO

Great service enjoy seeing the Man put together the orders coming out the oven. It was cool how he worked.
The young man working the front counter gets an A+ in Customer Service. He was cheerful & helpful. After he made sure I was happy with my purchase, he came around the counter to help the customer prior to me get her drinks (while I grabbed napkins) & opened the door for both of us to exit. The workers in the kitchen were jovial while busy at their tasks. The pizza tasted great! Kudos to the whole team

I placed a curbside pickup order at 5:18pm. I arrived at the location at 5:45pm waited patiently inside and got my order at 6:55pm. I was annoyed but there was literally 2 people working Danette hopefully I spelled her name right and another young lady. There was a guy “working” but he didn’t help you could hear his excuses when his coworkers asked for help.They were slammed. Their customer service was impeccable. I would usually give a bad review for issues like this. But I can’t blame the 2 people that were working. I just sat there patiently waiting and watching other customers come in having attitudes. Yes a lot of people came got their food before me but I understand things happen. It wasn’t the employees fault. Marco’s you need to do better. That’s not fair to your employees.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at this Marco’s Pizza location. I called in with an issue regarding my order and was shocked by how poorly it was handled. The GM, John, refused to take my call. The manager on duty whose name I believe is Alaisa was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She hung up on me multiple times and showed zero interest in resolving the issue.
When I asked for the corporate number to escalate the situation, I was hung up on again. I called back, only to be immediately placed on hold with no explanation and was left on hold until the store eventually closed. This is unacceptable. It’s clear that both the customer service and management at this location need serious attention. I’ve never had such a disappointing and frustrating experience with any business, and I hope Marco’s takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary changes.
