The young man working the front counter gets an A+ in Customer Service. He was cheerful & helpful. After he made sure I was happy with my purchase, he came around the counter to help the customer prior to me get her drinks (while I grabbed napkins) & opened the door for both of us to exit. The workers in the kitchen were jovial while busy at their tasks. The pizza tasted great! Kudos to the whole team

I placed a curbside pickup order at 5:18pm. I arrived at the location at 5:45pm waited patiently inside and got my order at 6:55pm. I was annoyed but there was literally 2 people working Danette hopefully I spelled her name right and another young lady. There was a guy “working” but he didn’t help you could hear his excuses when his coworkers asked for help.They were slammed. Their customer service was impeccable. I would usually give a bad review for issues like this. But...

There was only one employee that I saw running the entire store by himself. He was answering phones, making pizzas, talking with customers. He was on top of all the orders and was so pleasant to everyone despite being busy and the only one in there. Definitely appreciated his dedication because too many today would not have handled it that well. Pizza was hit and fresh in a timely manner as well!
