The customer service at this location is terrible. I walked in for lunch (01/17/26 @ 1:30) & waited at the counter for 5-10 minutes & was not greeted. instead i was look over by the cashier. once she did decide to take my order the manager yelled from the kitchen for her to stop taking my order & to do something else. I then left the restaurant. The manager needs to learn professionalism.

I had not been back to McAlister's for a few years but my m.i.l loves this place. I didn't have the app but I called in my order. The A.i. assistant worked flawlessly (it helped to know exactly what we wanted from the menu). Pick up was set for 20 minutes later. The food arrived on time. I knew how much I was going to pay, including the 3% order online fee.
Upon entering the restaurant, I 'felt' / saw the same family friendly ambiance experienced when we came there years ago when our children were young.
At home, My m.i.l loved her bowl cheesy broccoli soup. My wife's salad (minus croutons) was so-so, along with its perfectly tasteless tomatoes. I'm not sure how fresh the lettuce was. My son eats anything and was happy with his King club sandwich. The 3 meals cost $39.

So a spud max for $12 comes dry. Light sprinkle of cheese, barely any toppings. You’d think for the price they could afford to put toppings. Guess not. Definitely don’t recommend this place. People who run the front end don’t know how to open their mouths wide enough while speaking and it comes out as a very low mumble. When customers need something the associates make eyeballs with one another as to see who will cave on who’s gonna help. These people are in the wrong profession…or is mcalisters just going down hill as a whole? Because most locations in SC are terrible.

Cashier lied to my wife and I we asked for the red velvet cake that was on the poster at the front of the store when you walk in ,the cashier said corporate canceled that item and they didn't have also they were out of potatoes at 530 pm ,she lied ,went to Lexington location 4 days later and I asked about the red velvet cake and explained what happened at harbison and she laughed and said the cashier lied

Sandwiches are great!! The food here is ALWAYS consistent and service is always friendly. KJ the manager is amazing and so accommodating when I ask for my bread to be extra toasted etc etc. One of my favorite restaurants!!

This was our first time eating at a McAllister Deli so I wasn't sure what to expect. It is like a lot of places where you go to the counter, order, pay, get your number plate, and go sit down. The workers were very nice and friendly. They bring the food to your table when it is ready. What a sandwich! I didn't even try and eat it all. It was so thick it hurt my mouth trying to open that wide to take a bite. I ended up only eating half and even that was pushing it since I was so full. I had potato salad as a side ( a side comes with the sandwich) and it was very good also. I would definitely go back again.

I like McAlisters food and go about once a week. But This location has an issue with getting the order correct. Especially when ordering online. Past 3 visits I've had to return to have my order corrected. They dont mind remaking it but its the principal. Please just Get it right the 1st time.
