McAlister's Deli

The new guy at the front was trying his best but the register didn’t work. He was left up there to deal with a super long line. No one came to his rescue and the kitchen staff had attitudes and several people came back with incorrect food orders. I had a jalepeno turkey crunch. Worst made sandwich I’ve ever had, almost a half of an avocado on the sandwich hardly any chips and cold. You need new management and a new crew. I used to love this place. I will never go to this location again. Two Notch Road!

Let me start by saying Austin the manager was awesome!!! He was walking around asking if anyone needed anything, asking how food was. He was awesome!!!!
Now if management wants to know why I didn’t give this a 5 star the cameras should be rewound and see how the girls up front are providing service. VERY VERY SLOW, and they take orders walking in the door and leave folks standing already up front waiting on drink refills to wait.
They need to be retrained to treat everyone the same or make them cooks so they don’t have to interact with people. We saw some couple walk out due to slack service while we were there and not order.
If you have 15 minutes to order/be ignored and 15 minutes waiting on an overpriced sandwich this is your place.

Sandwichs are always fresh and delicious. I really enjoy their potatoe salad. Great tea. Employees are always helpful and courteous. Definitely returning over and over..lol

This was the worst food I've ever gotten. This is supposed to be ultimate nachos with Chili, cheese dip, sour cream and avocado. It's missing everything!! It's just chips with unmelted cheese, back olives, and tomatoes. This is unacceptable.

Not only didn't I get my drink with my order the chips were wrong. Which I understand they're kids, I was once 1, but when I bite into my sandwich and I have that white paper that's supposed to be tossed in the trash that seperates the deli meat is freaking unexcusable. Tried calling back to speak to the manager and they just let the phone ring ring ring. Read 1 review and someone had molded bread. Never again!!

The food was delicious. And the young lady who took our order had the prettiest eyeglasses. She was so friendly, she even helped me locate the same frames online. 🙂

Came here 30 minutes prior to close after Panera in Killian told us they don't make hot sandwiches (likely because they cleaned their grills early). Unlike Panera, McAlister's delivered with great customer service and had no issue making a hot sandwich or any other items we ordered. Will be back!

We have issues similar to our most recent visit. I even notified them with the previous visits in hopes things would change. We had a few good orders after that but Today made me decide I will no longer eat here. I order online, pick up and eat at home. This time we had moldy bread on one sandwich. No cheese and no bacon on the other sandwich. Our nachos were crumbs for chips.
