Came here 30 minutes prior to close after Panera in Killian told us they don't make hot sandwiches (likely because they cleaned their grills early). Unlike Panera, McAlister's delivered with great customer service and had no issue making a hot sandwich or any other items we ordered. Will be back!

The food here was quite good, particularly the jalapeño turkey and broccoli cheddar soup. The flavors were excellent and the bread was fresh. However, the service was extremely slow, even with only a few people in line. At one point, there were only four of us and one person left due to the wait. This was my first time at a McAlister's Deli. I got the Savannah salad. It was delicious but the chicken portion was slim compared to the picture.
The employees were very friendly but the restaurant was a tad bit dirty. There was overflowing trash and food and trash on the floor. An employee did change the trash while I was there but I can't imagine they let it build up like it was before it is dumped.
