Generally slow, long lines…. And really odd substitutions at random. For example, last time I went I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese deluxe, received….. with a chicken patty instead of beef. Another time, ordered a mocha frappe- apparently they were out of the mocha, so they gave me Carmel instead with fudge sauce on top…. Definitely an odd combo. I’m not sure if I was more weirded out by the flavor combo or the fact they just swapped it first and told me about it...

What can I say ? Sometimes it is good and sometimes it is bad. They most of the time get special orders wrong and then act like you the one responsible. One major continuing problem is evening shift when me and my husband go to get coffee. One of the young ladies continually tells us to wait for fresh coffee but gives us old coffee with no sugar only cream. This is after telling them to put it in. She has to be doing it on purpose by now. Try calling the establishment only not...

Very unpredictable experience and it’s either really busy or slow either way you still wait a good while for your order is given to you . The don’t restock very often the McDonald on killian is better in service and getting your order right and keeping wait time low
