Went to this location today,.Nov 3 2025 around 6pm. Went thru drive thru was told to pull up to wait for my frappe. Waited awhile so I gone side to see what's taking so long, the manager keshawn was very on point with his staff, and made sure I was satisfied. And explained why the wait was longer than expected and that I should have been informed that they were working on switching out the mocha.
