At 10am on a Monday we order 2 egg McMuffins and a small OJ. just one car in front of us. Took awhile to get order in. When order came, the McMuffins were with sausage and not Canadian bacon and the OJ was heavily watered down. Very bad service.

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They gave us the wrong order, and when we brought it back with the receipt, the staff was openly cursing at each other in front of customers. The incorrect food was clearly sitting on the counter, yet we were still questioned about whether it was actually wrong. This location is completely unprofessional. Management needs to step in, clean house, and ensure employees are properly trained and conduct themselves appropriately.

Saturday morning. Very little wait. When I get to the first window a smiling young lady hands me my receipt and wishes me a good morning. Off to the second window to pick up my food and there she is again. Still smiling! I ask her if she’s taking the orders and filling them. China smiles and says yes. No complaints, just a friendly smile and quick service. Note to McDonald’s management at the Bluff Road location. You need to move China up the management ladder. She was running your show with confidence and kindness on a Saturday morning.

Went in earlier today for my lunch break, I placed my simple order for 1, took a seat and waited. About 20 minutes later I still didn't hear my number called!! I walked up to the counter and I was able to lay my eyes on my bag in the back!! I never would've gotten my food if I didn't say anything to the lady there. If I didn't have to hurry back to work after I did get to eat I would have asked for a refund for the
wait!

I'm tired of sitting in this line for an hour for 2 double cheeseburgers won't waist my time waiting for this place to improve. I moved onto one of their competitors they had me on my way in minutes.

Didn't buy my burger because I sat there almost 10 mins at the speaker to say my order an No one would answer me but the other line 2 ....6 orders by others went through.

Ordered a Double Quarter pounder meal. Took way to long to get the food and when I did get it the Double Quarter only had one hamburger patty. Also this place requires you to use the kiosk to order. Will not eat here again.

Closed before they're appointed on Google. 10:20 the doors were shut. Walked to the front of the store and the lights weren't on. Looking at reviews looks like I wasn't missing much.

I live pretty close to this location. It's nice to have a cheap, fast option so close. Unfortunately, the employees here have convinced me that working at McDonalds must be the most difficult job out there. The last 2 times I've gone, I've been shorted on my food. 1st time, Missing a Large Fry. This time 2 McChickens. Get it together people.

Everytime I go to this Mcdonald's the service is super slow, and the staff is inattentive to customers. Today the drive thru was closed so I had to come inside. I waited for atleast 12 minutes for a relatively small order. The manager seemed to care less and was also moving slow and doing NOTHING. Better management is needed.

Every time I come here the order is always messed up. How hard is it to actually put a sandwich together? Clearly the owners don't care cuz there's no responses to anybody else's but stay away from this store. Nothing but problems.
