This Mc Donald's was very rude to me first off posted on the register use your code I then had to wave my hand for the lady to come to the front to take my order because I don't have a code she was mad she took my orde, and walked away I then explained to another staff member that I did not get a recipt # the 1st lady that took my order came back, and handed the receipt to me she continues to be rude, and swiftly walked off saying a rude comment and the staff started laughing out loud. The rude lady that took my order this morning was working in drive through

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to In My Life the food sucks been a long time since I had a Big Mac and I'll never buy another one along with the freeze or cold as hell and on top of that they have the doors closed that connect to the truck stop they told me I could use them going out so I did it trip the alarm and I don't care these doors should never be closed will never ever buy anything out of this McDonald's in this loves again

This is got to be the worst place ever in the history of McDonald's . Do not i repeat do not eat here . The workers need to be fired and the place shut down . The owner needs to do something about his business. The food was horrible .the Service was so bad I would drive 50 miles to order at another location befor i ever order at this location again
Why is the frappe machine always out I go there then have to go to Starbucks because they don’t have frappes at McDonald’s.

They close the doors to the truck stop portion of the loves every night at 8pm turning drivers and loves staff away unless they are really persistent and I pass through this loves 2-5tines a week. Not customer focused at all, employees most of the time horsing around and not focusing on thier work. And this McDonald's is fully staffed as well so not good business practices here for the public and professional drivers.

The buffalo chicken wrap I got had no chicken. It was a wrap with just buffalo sauce a small shredded lettuce in it sloppy the man/ woman at window who was tall with braids had a nasty customer service

I spent 16 minutes in the drive thru to get a oatmeal. I ordered and paid for online. Got to the window and was given the wrong receipt. The oatmeal was not prepared correctly the cashier pulled me so she could get the cranberries and raisins and came back and gave me a bag with two apples she never acknowledged that they didn't have any raisins.

This was by far the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had in my life. I waited over 30 minutes for a simple order—at a fast food restaurant. The timing at this location is completely out of control.
When I finally got my food at 10:30 PM, it was nasty, poorly made, and incomplete. It was as if nobody cared at all about what they were handing customers.
But the worst part was the fountain drink. The smell coming from the drink machine was foul—a strong, musty, spoiled, almost rotten odor that made the drink completely undrinkable. It honestly smelled like the tank hasn’t been cleaned in ages. The aftertaste was so bad I had to immediately throw it away.
For a major chain like McDonald’s to let a drink system get to that point is disturbing. It’s a clear sign of poor cleaning practices and lack of basic maintenance.
Between the unacceptable wait time, the sloppy and incomplete order, and the disgusting smell and taste from the drink machine, this location seriously needs new management or a full reset.
I will not be returning

By far this is the worst McDonald's I’ve ever been to. If you are really looking to have a decent interaction with decent people, that’s the first place you should avoid being at on any good day. I went to order a McDouble and there were multiple other people in line. The manager was just walking around and not really trying to help anyone. There are self help registers available so people started turning to those. Some just waited until someone shows up to take their order. One of them looked confused and wasn’t sure if someone will come take their order or not so they asked the guy who was cleaning the floor. He smiled and said it’s his first day he wasn’t sure how this works. But as a decent human being that we should encourage having more people like him in our society, he tried to ask the “manager” if someone will go help those people. She actually finally came to the register to help that person and the first thing she decided to do was to yell aggressively at that poor kid who was just trying to help. She told him next time not to go look for someone to help until they come out on their own. That’s how positive and helpful she was. This kind of people may not sound like a huge issue to a big corporation, but if you think about it deeply, that’s why McDonald's out of all other places have the reputation it has now. If you don’t start hiring people who have some kind of social skills, just with the basic amount of decency to say hi hello and thank you and sound more welcoming, no one will bother coming to this hostile environment to ruin their day.
