Awesome customer service and a very clean location
Ebone the "Shift manager" on forest drive was the worst. Very rude. disrespectful. She needs to be reprimanded for the blatant rudeness to not only me but her staff. She disrespected my kids and all. Also threatened/ gestured for me to come to her side of the counter to fight in front of my children. She also was about to fight the cashier that worked there. if mcdonald's allow people like her to run the establishment then they're gonna lose a lot of business. I expect feedback...read full review
