One of the absolute worse McDonalds. The door says they open up at 5am,here it is 8:22am and still not open. It’s a person moping and ignoring customers. It’s like they make their own hours here. They never open on time.

I don't know how service could be any worse. No kiosks work, the cashier told me there are no 6pc kids meals even though they are clearly on the sign, then my order got lost. 20 minutes wait on a simple meal.

I went inside to place my order. It was a gentleman in front of me. I waited 5 minutes. So I asked the gentleman did someone take his order he said no. Two more minutes went by. The man and I left. This is poor customer service. 5 employees in the back. Never coming back. People don't take pride in nothing they do.

I feel like we were profiled. People in there working and looked at us and turned around and kept chatting and moving napkins around. No one came to take our order so we left. I wouldn't have felt like my food was safe if we had been served.

Filthy dirty,mismanaged and after waiting 25 minutes for a BURGER, YES A BURGER, not sure why I stood around with all the others waiting for so long, I think I wasoat in amazement on how this place hasn't been shut down by the health department yet. Disgusting. Mcdonalds corporate and or the owner,actually both should be ashamed of this entire place. Maybe it was a sign from above to stay away from Mcdonalds for good.

Waiting time was 20 minutes, much longer than I expected. I ordered a big Mac meal and upgraded my drink to a milkshake by adding $2.10. When my order was served, they told me that they didn't have ice-cream that day; and they just gave me a cup for soda without refunding the $2.10 I paid extra for the milkshake. The service was rough and impolite.
Took half an hr to gety food and they were out of almost every soda

So I found a game piece in my cheesburger and brought it in. No apology she just took the bag and remade the food. I said I wanted the cheeseburger she served me and said she wasn't going to get it out of the trash. Also they had the cops issue a no trespassing notice by the police. Will be going to corporate to see what they have to say. Thank God they have video.
