Red sauce tasted like tomato, sugar and food starch. Salad served in dirty bowl. Ordered a small side salad ($5.69) but it instantly turned a mini salad ($8.95) once an extra item was added. Tables and drink station were dirty. Might try again but it'll be awhile.

We've given this place chance after chance but today was the last straw. Our orders are ALWAYS wrong. Our pizza today had a HAIR baked into it (and the order was wrong again). On my way out of the store, an employee coming on shift walked by me completely stoned and wreaking of pot. We're over it. We'll never be patrons of this Two Notch location again.

I came tonight because I was super hungry and was just wanting something fast after a long shift. This girl with long braids and a bad attitude took my order. She didn’t even say hello and immediately said “what do you want”. And when I said three pizzas, one for for myself, one for my husband, and one for tomorrow. SHE SIGHED. As if I personally offended HER. Then begrudgingly she turned around and YELLED for someone to get her some dough. That took about five minutes in itself. As if it couldn’t get any worse it’s as if she couldn’t bare to give me toppings for the pizza I’m paying for. She was putting 3-5 pieces of toppings per pizza which is ridiculous since it’s marketed as “unlimited”. yeah right. When I asked the long braided light skin young lady to put extra she sucked her teeth at me then bent down to change several boxes out in the line in the middle of making my order? After she put my pizzas on the table I went to the register and she looked right at me laughed then proceeded to walk in another room slamming the metal door behind her. I asked the young man cooking what her name was and he said she goes by Jaden. I personally love MOD and am extremely disappointed. I hope to never encounter this negative soul again.

Hello,
I visited your location tonight around 8:30 PM, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with one of the team members. A young woman with glasses, a ponytail, shorts over leggings, and lightish eyes spoke to me with an extremely poor attitude.
When I attempted to order a Mega Dough pizza, she told me, “No, we don’t have anymore because we’re about to close.” I then noticed dough that could clearly be used for a Mega, so I kindly asked again. She responded that she didn’t know how to press the dough and the manager was busy.
I don’t understand why there always seems to be an issue with my order when I visit this Mod Pizza. I come in expecting a simple and pleasant experience, and instead, I leave feeling frustrated and disrespected.
I hope this can be addressed with the staff to improve customer service in the future.

I was hungry for a pizza and came in, a guy named Brandon had extremely undesirable behavior towards me, for a guy who stinks and smells like he doesn’t even use deodorant he was very rude, will not ever be coming back to this establishment.
Absolutely fire pizza. I recommend their thinner pizza, the thicker dough isn't nearly as good as their thin crust. I also recommend their little strawberry filled lemon cakes at the register. (Fiancee loves these) I prefer the Alfredo sauce over the tomato on the pizza. Overall though I recommend to anyone looking for a smaller size pizza that bakes pretty quick to order.

I purchased a bottled Fanta orange soda tonight, took one sip of it and reported to the employee at checkout that the soda was flat. He argued with my sister and I and refused to refund me saying “well you’ve already drank from it!” In what world is it okay to sell a flat soda to a customer and not try to compensate them. Customer service has not been the same since 2020 and clearly your employees need to be trained on how to handle SIMPLE situations when the customer is not at fault.
