Modern, Miami color schemed Moe's instead of the more classic Tucson color schemed Moe's. I kind of miss the multiple names for the exact same burrito based on it's Guacamole game, but the foods still good.

This Moes is by far the worst one in town. The people that work here are unfriendly, small minded, and rude. I went in with my kids on a Sunday and ordered my food. I had a coupon for a free taco, but also had $10 of rewards saved up. At the register, I asked them to redeem the taco and that I was gonna use my $10 rewards to help pay for the total . They scanned the taco reward and then told me I couldn't use my $10. I then said, okay well then just do the $10 and not the taco. They told me they couldn't do that. So, I couldn't use my $10 rewards and then they tried to charge me for my kid on top of that. They were rude, unfriendly, and had zero customer service. It ended up taking literally 10 minutes for them to ring me up. What happened to the good old days, when the point was to be please the customer. The food was also subpar compared to other Moes in the city. Don't go here.

The driest/toughest steak I've ever had. Could've put the steak in a shotgun shell and blasted a whole through the wall. When its that dry and old you need to turn it over, or dont serve it. It's not a difficult operation here. Also went to grab cookies and the dread manager asked me "ARE YOU SURE THEY DIDN'T PUT A COOKIE ON THE TRAY" as if im trying to steal from them. Also reffered to me as "bro". Lol. Idk if Josh still owns it but Lexington and Irmo puts this location to shame.

The guy that fixed my bowl made a mess all over the counter. It was obvious that he didn’t care about customer service, appearance or presentation. He pretty much threw the food in the bowl. There was more cheese on the counter than in my bowl and he gave me an extremely small portion of chicken.

I was actually a little disappointed w my experience at Moe's, recently. I mistakenly ordered at the wrong location, so when I went to where I thought I placed my order, they couldn't find it. Once we realized my order was for the Moe's 2 miles away, I left to go to the other location. As I was walking out, I received a call from the manager at the Moe's I placed my order. However, she was calling to lmk they couldn't fulfill my order and she'd issue me a refund. If they knew they couldn't complete my order, why didn't I receive a call immediately? On top of that, I had to wait a day and a half for the money to be returned to my card.I love Moe's food, as well as their employees, overall. Even the atmosphere is pleasant, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who likes their style of food

Everyone was nice and welcoming. The restaurant was pretty busy but they were still very nice. my food was fresh and the restaurant was very clean. I couldn't decide on what to get so Amir helped me out with suggesting a steak burrito. (good choice) I will be returning!!

Obviously under new management. Inside doesn't look like the usual franchise store so maybe this one is now independent. Chips were completely stale and gross. Huge drink machine - gone. No clean tables. The lettuce had a bad taste so I didn't eat. Staff is curt to the point of rude. Never again - at least not this locationBtw- I usually do not post negative reviews but I felt compelled to tell others not to waste their money.

I've been to plenty of Moe's through the years and usually have a decent experience. The location on Devine Street is abysmal. It wasn't always like this, but since Covid it seems to get worse every time I've gotten food. Today was the last. Though I was picking up my food it's impossible to not notice the dirty state of the dining room. Food crumbs on multiple empty tables and the floor looked as if it hadn't mopped in days. As usual when I checked my bag all side items were not there. The food isn't horrible but not what you would receive at most other locations. I ordered a Homewrecker Burrito. It's about half the size that it should be. Staff aren't rude, but they're not friendly or helpful either. Never going back.
