I’ve only been here a couple of times. Most of the employees are nice, but the blonde white girl who helped me had a bad attitude. She never smiled, and when I asked for a cup of queso, she acted like it was a problem. A little kindness goes a long way, and better customer service would make a big difference.
1st time ever eating at Moe's Southwest Grill. First thing great customer service awesome hospitality. Wow the food is great I will definitely return. Thank you for a great experience.
this location has the worst customer service ever. two different times, I placed an order ahead so that I could pick it up at the beginning of my lunch break. BOTH times, I had to wait more than half my lunch break. what is the point of ordering ahead, if I still have to wait 15-20min AFTER my order is promised????
