Absolutely terrible service. The arab woman in the front working clearly cared more about scrolling on her phone than doing her job. She barely looked up, acted bothered when I asked a simple question, and was straight-up rude the entire time. My food was sitting there for a long period of time before she even noticed. The tables in the lobby were nasty. Management needs to address this issue. It’s a bad look for the store. I will not be returning.

The grill shrimps was not grill more like boiled shrimps and some Old Bay sprinkle on them! Not like the picture on the menu. I was very disappointed!

Always clean! This is the spot on a late night for food @1am -3am I'm always there on Saturday night! My food is always hot and fresh! Great job! My order is always 10 wings all flats, hot, and the ten shrimp or fries- I've only had one issue but they fixed it with out an issue! And I love the fact they have cameras on the spot so I feel safe and I've had to use their cameras footage when this drunk hit my car they was very helpful with that as well! Great job! Customer service always on point on a Saturday night- I forget my ladies name but always respectful ❤️

I just came from Nick‘s an hour ago had a 10 large shrimp and 10 hot wings with lemon pepper. Sprinkle on top but when I got back to the house, it’s only nine wings. What happened to my other wings it supposed to be 10 that’s crazy only on two notches. Can y’all please make sure your count right and please make sure next time it be 10 wings in a box not nine thank you.

Parking: Nick's is a cafe or fast food type space. There is seating but not excessive. This place is an in and out type of atmosphere, which is what I observed for Nics clientele.
