I know this may sound weird but I do not eat sweets. I stopped by so I can pick up a cake for my son's birthday since he was working. The service was emaculant. I was helped by khalia (probably spelling her name wrong). She was so patient and helpful because I was indecisive. My youngest son who was with me was shocked she managed to get me to try some cake. The cake was delicious and although I am not a sweet eater, they have definitely earned my business for my kids and...

Employee (slim Caucasian male, young with short hair) was not at all friendly. Barely greeted me when I entered. No smile or warm welcome. Handed me my order and instead of him saying thank you, I said thank you to him to which he responded hmm mm. I don’t expect much, but a hello, warm smile and have a nice day should be the minimum.

I stopped though to pick up individual bundt cakes to celebrate my son's birthday. Kim was extremely helpful & knowledgeable about the new flavors (Biscoff & Snickers) & app usage. I'm glad I don't have to commute to the Forest Drive location anymore. This one is dangerously close to home. I've visited this location numerous times since they opened & the staff is always great!
