I ordered my food online; it said it would be done at 6:44pm; I arrived about 6:48pm and my food was not ready. They told me they had to cook the fries. We didn’t leave until about 7:15pm. Which would have been no problem any other time but I ordered online due to a time crunch. My children thought the pizza was filling; my husband thought the calzone was decent and the fries were good but I did not care for the spinach dip at all and the chips were fried very inconsistently;...

First time going. Entered the building. No one acknowledged us. Two employees past, nothing. Another employee passed us-nothing. Finally a gentleman at the bar walked over and told us our server will seat us shortly. Our waiter was nice. We ordered. The waiter and I'm assuming the manager came out and acknowledged the pizza was done incorrectly and they will make another one for us. The food is OK. Service needs to improve a bit.

A very poor experience of a place I enjoyed previously. No servers around to great or seat us. Out of several items food wise. The pizza was soggy and falling apart as I tried to eat it and my coworker's calzone was cooked outside but some of the inside ingredients were not cooked through. A great t
