When I was there on a Sunday there were very few employees working. All I wanted was a cup of coffee and I had to wait like 15 minutes to get service as there was a long line. Honestly there weren't many customers there which was surprising for a Sunday morning... Right? The store itself is nice and it's in a good location. My coffee was good and I was able to sit and work on my computer. I think they're just short handed.
Everytime I go there the food is great but they always forget something and today it was my fruit cup. Yeah it doesn't sound so bad but I was super excited about it then I was in a rush to get to class and forgot to check my bag. It wasn't until I already got to class that i realized it was missing. Tbh I was sadder then I'd like to admit.
I frequent Panera Bread locals everywhere, but particularly in Columbia. SC. The service is fast. Soup and sandwich is my favorite, because there is plenty of variety and quite delicious. Desserts are outstanding, I joined a few years ago and found that Panera Bread rewards loyal customers with treats and sometimes a meal. I have never been disappointed in the service or the food. Love the chain!
