“I had an excellent experience with Brandy and Dell . Their customer service was outstanding—both were patient, kind, and understanding while helping me resolve an issue with my pizza order. When my first order couldn’t be located due to technical issues, Dell and Brandy demonstrated excellent phone etiquette and quickly assisted me in placing a new one. Brandy went above and beyond, listening to all my concerns without making me feel rushed. Both of them deserve recognition—and a raise—for their professionalism and care. Thanks to their service, I’ll definitely continue ordering from Papa John’s.“
“Papa Johns, you did your thing tonight. Not only was my delivery driver friendly but the food was AMAZING! You would have thought I never had Papa John's before. 1st. My delivery driver Denica, she was so friendly. I had an order delivered on my porch and she picked it up and handed it to me and she related to me about my purchase. She was great and I wish I would have tipped her more than the tip I put on the app. I want her to be my primary deliverer! 2nd. The food. It was hot. I had that garlic stuffed pepperoni and the Chipotle honey wings. OMG. The best money I spent in awhile! Papa John's you have worked your magic tonight! I will continue to be a loyal customer. “I bought 4 pieces chicken tenders that was very nasty it was very hard and cold to eat , they gave chicken tenders from one two days ago they only warmed for me i took to my house I couldn’t eat ,it was not fresh food that was from yesterday food i mean tenders they sold to me“
“I had been watching commercials for the Epic Garlic Stuffed crust pizza for weeks while recovering from surgery, and when I was finally able to get out and try it, it certainly did not disappoint.
Parking: The parking for handicapped ♿️ was easy in, easy out, and the general parking was pretty much the same.“
“A pretty good experience, and the pizza and breadsticks were good. It's definitely one of the better chain options in the area. The cashier was kinda rude, but I only had to deal with her for 30 seconds, so it's not a big deal. It's also a little more expensive than other pizza places, but the quality is better so it's a worthwhile tradeoff. Will go back in the future.“
