I am a diabetic and I asked for sugar free. She did not give it to me because I thought it tasted strange. I refroze it and just unfroze it tonight and realized it has so much sugar in it. Now I’m going to have to deal with the consequences. I’ve been to this pelicans before so many times I’m so upset.

The shaved ice flavors selection is gigantic and delicious. Looks to be mostly high school kids working there. So TIP them. Encourage good work ethic. The most youre going to tip is $3-$5 dollars anyway.

Came to order for my family on a Sunday afternoon. They were busy, which is understandable. But what didn’t need to happen was the two employees working were chatting with their friends instead of taking peoples orders. Several customers left because of this. Have never had a problem here until today.
