Terrible unsanitary location. I don’t mind waiting on my food but atleast since I waited 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich, can the order be right? I asked for them plain and they still had toppings on and the worst part of it all, the sandwich wrappers were covered in some type of sauce. When I addressed it to the worker he said “it’s just sauce” man gone head…

A loitering customer was very rude to my nieces! We will not be back, unfortunately, because of this. I am sure the owner isn't aware that loitering is tolerated in their chain. Profits from a family of three, lost to your establishment because of this.

NIESHIA was extremely kind & helpful; I learned for the FIRST TIME that the Tackle BOX was seasonal. Not to worry- Captain D's has butterfly shrimp on the menu daily. Only Popeyes has the red beans and rice; Bojangles is getting better- especially their biscuits. I paid for - but did not receive a drink with my popcorn shrimp today- my fault I guess - I probably distracted the staff. I NEVER visit this store after 5pm- there are always a huge hungry crowd of locals starving for fried chicken; what staff is available after 5 are incapable of staying caught up- nobody at night seems to be concerned- drive-offs are routine. I love their red beans/ rice- biscuits are okay. IF I want shrimp- I may get them at captain D'S. I will never go at night. 15 cars in drive thru is routine. Go at lunch.

It took 45 minutes to get 8 pieces of chicken. Water running from the men restroom all over the floor. I mentioned it to one of the employees and the reaction was like I had just spoke with a tree.

Very slow. I have waited in drive thru more than 3 times for over 20
Minutes. Order not being taking. Just slow and horrible. With a crying baby in the back seat.

It's a bunch of young kids leaving from behind the counter, scratching their heads not washing hands and returning to people's food!! They on their cells phones and all while taking orders, very unprofessional

Had my girl go inside to pickup the food, then the goofy looking cashier with the thinned out dreads going to harass her and say “you can lock me up” referring to her uniform… hearing that not only made me cringe but also lose my appetite gotta come up wit some better ATLEAST L man L food L customer service what kind of people are being hired i wonder

The service was extremely poor. There was only 1 person working the front, taking the orders, fixing the drinks and the etc. She was a new employee and didn't know the difference between white and dark chicken. I will not go back 😒 😤 🙂

They gave me 8 pieces in my 2 piece. Charged me $4 for the 2 for $2.50 apple pies. Biscuits are tough and disgusting. My brother's small fries were basically empty when he opened them. Wait times are long, and the bathroom's sewage is malfunctioning, which is certainly some kind of health code violation. Place needs to be shut down.
