Primal Gourmet is a shining example of how a local business should be run. I subscribe weekly, and the food is always fresh and delicious. It keeps me from making poor lunch choices during the week. I'm very excited about their new location in West Columbia.
Today was my first visit to Primal Gourmet, but definitely not my last! I am in Columbia for work, and was researching a place I could buy some meals and store in my hotel fridge- then heat either at the office or hotel. This place popped up, so I went in. I was not disappointed! The gentleman that helped me displayed exceptional customer service. These meals were bought to my unit at Prisma Richland. I was so thankful for them. After a long day I didn't want to cook and was exhausted when I got home. The spaghetti was delicious. Thanks again
