Today was my first visit to Primal Gourmet, but definitely not my last! I am in Columbia for work, and was researching a place I could buy some meals and store in my hotel fridge- then heat either at the office or hotel. This place popped up, so I went in. I was not disappointed! The gentleman that helped me displayed exceptional customer service. He even came around to the other side of the counter to have a conversation with me about how the place works, rather than talking to me across a counter. The price is actually pretty amazing if you do a pre-order or the family meal deals that he told me about. I'm going back tomorrow after I took my food to-go today so that I can buy for the rest of the week. I can't wait!

My mom ordered primal gourmet for Thanksgiving. I was really disappointed that she wasn't cooking and I wasn't looking forward to today's "traditional " gourmet meal. Man....I am flippin impressed!! the flavors are amazing. perfectly seasoned. My mom ordered Turkey, dressing, greenbean casserole, sweet potatoes, mac and cheese, gravy. Every single bite was on point. what an amazing surprise. I told my mom that I hope she orders Primal Gourmet next year!! Bravo for excellent tasting, feel good ,home cooking!!!!

I was hesitant on my mom getting our Thanksgiving dinner from a restaurant. I was actually kind of depressed about it. I was definitely mistaken. My mom ordered green bean casserole, mac and cheese, cornbread dressing, 2 types of gravy, turkey, roasted sweet potatoes. The turkey was super moist and flavorful, the greenbean casserole was beyond delicious ( the season was perfect), the mac and cheese casserole was moist and had an amazing, not over powerful cheese flavor, the cornbread stuffing had an amazing taste ( very rich and hearty), the roasted sweet potatoes were soft but not mushy and the seasoning did not over power the sweet potato ( it was more like a savory seasoning to compliment the sweetness of the potato), the gravy was a great addition (not salty, just perfect) I would highly recommend this place to anyone for their Thanksgiving dinner. You will not be disappointed. You get what you pay for. Every dish had it's own personality. Great job!!

Started Primal Gourmet take out meals on the recommendation of a friend almost two weeks ago. I have to admit that some of the meals had things that I had never tried before and they were all absolutely delicious!

I pick up food by the pound several times a week and take it home to meal prep for my sister and I when I am tired of cooking the same old things. They always have lots of healthy options and friendly staff. I especially enjoy their deals on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. It’s less expensive than eating out, it’s healthier, and it’s a lot better than eating frozen meals.

First, let me say, all food I've received from Primal Gourmet as been delicious. But, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE reevaluate your Keto offering and remove from website until you can consult with a ketogenic expert to revamp the menu. What I received in my Keto meal pack does not adhere to KG guidelines. Ketogenic means HIGH healthy fats, low carb and moderate protein. These meals were borderline low carb, not nearly enough healthy fats and very high in protein. Just because a vegetable has a low glycemic index does not make it friendly on this diet. Example: Bananas are actually fairly low on the glycemic index, but anyone knows they will knock you right out of ketosis. The food is delicious - A+ there, but should not be advertised as Keto friendly.

My meal quality and variety have both improved since discovering this place. I love not having to plan a menu, go shopping, cook, or clean and still being able to 'eat with the season'. I love that menu items are locally sourced and, when appropriate, by the pound items are packed in compostable material. I wish I could pick what individual meals are included in your meal pack, or sub in a salad when one meal doesn't suit your palate, but given their production quantities, I get why that's not an option. Overall, super glad they're part of the community!
Great lunch with so many veggie options! Small market with local produce and premade salads, soups and sides inside the restaurant! Loved it!!

Super clean and great local food. Fast service and great prices. They even have tons of gluten free options for Celiac disease. Sometimes even desserts. For $25 we can feed a family of 5, on Thursdays, with their family meal. The chicken tenders are the best and so is their gf Mac and cheese. We haven't had a single bad meal from here.
