I pick up food by the pound several times a week and take it home to meal prep for my sister and I when I am tired of cooking the same old things. They always have lots of healthy options and friendly staff. I especially enjoy their deals on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. It’s less expensive than eating out, it’s healthier, and it’s a lot better than eating frozen meals.
First, let me say, all food I've received from Primal Gourmet as been delicious. But, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE reevaluate your Keto offering and remove from website until you can consult with a ketogenic expert to revamp the menu. What I received in my Keto meal pack does not adhere to KG guidelines. Ketogenic means HIGH healthy fats, low carb and moderate protein. My meal quality and variety have both improved since discovering this place. I love not having to plan a menu, go shopping, cook, or clean and still being able to 'eat with the season'. I love that menu items are locally sourced and, when appropriate, by the pound items are packed in compostable material. I wish I could pick what individual meals are included in your meal pack, or sub in a salad when one meal doesn't suit your palate, but given their production...
