Its empty yet we stood there for 15 mins to be seated. Service was awful all the employees are sitting and hanging out at the bar. You know its bad when the CHEF comes out and starts seating people. Never seen anything like it.

My family stopped here for lunch and was here for almost 2 hours while other patrons came in (some with larger parties) and were served food before us.
The bathrooms were disgusting and was your stereotypical urine smelling environment.
The food was mediocre with some items being super dry.

When I drive this truck through Columbia South Carolina I always make sure to stop in here for showers and great food and excellent service. Brittany is the waitress at the restaurant part and she is the loveliest sweetest soul and spirit that I have encountered in years. Her service is just amazing. Her presence is comforting. You can tell she loves her job and takes pride in making everyone feel at home and comfortable. She deserves to be praised and given a raise due to jeeping is all coming back. A lot of the over the road truckers talk about her and how much she makes things less stressful for you and helps you forget the troubles of the road and travel you have ahead of you. Thank you for such amazing service and conversation. It helps more than you know. God Bless You..

Absolutely the worst!! Steak over cooked!! Bar tinder was the worst I have Ever incontered!! Been All over this country this is the worst ever.. thought I'd have a sit down meal and a couple beers NEVER again!! Been to all Quaker steak and lubes after this place I would never go in Any again and will Tell everyone I can tell.. this Place SUX!!!! SUX!! SUX!!! SUX!!! BETTER OFF going to McDonald's....

The service was excellent. The food was good. I had steak the server Shanee I am in here quite often, and I almost did not come inside to eat because I have so many bad experiences, but I am glad I did. If I could give them any stars I would give them top notch. I will be back hopefully she will be here working.

(Kenyatta) and ask for the drink called 'The Red One'..... LADIES!!! You won't be disappointed I PROMISE YOU!! I absolutely love this place as I'm sitting on the patio outside enjoying my drink

Was ignored and left waiting to have drink orders taken. Was sat and was the only other table besides one. Never acknowledged by any workers and we never saw any besides the bartender and the hostess. Loved going to QSL back home and was so excited to show my significant other this place. And just left a bad taste with us.
This is definitely I of my favorite places to eat at as a professional truck driver. The food and the customer service was amazing. They also, have a bowling alley and a basketball hoop to shoot some hoops and get some exercise while you are here. I highly recommend Quaker Steak and Lube for a great meal and fun when you are in this area. Thank you. Blessings…
