Took my daughter's to lunch, we all had a bento box with different things and they were all good. Well prepared, seasoned well, authentic looking.

I usually don’t do reviews, but I stopped here for lunch today. The sushi and sauce were terrible. I ordered 3 rolls and a kids meal. I asked my server could I substitute it and get some else he was advised by the manager (Joe/Jay) that he couldn’t take it back because I had “eaten” it. One roll was missing from each . I tried to give them the benefit of doubt, but the manager wanted to almost argue and say they don’t do sushi tasting and I still needed to pay. They didn’t make a mistake. The sushi wasn’t good, nor fresh. Says they are losing money if they take it back and I had “taste” it. My server was nice and was apologetic, but I will try to avoid eating here moving forward. Go to the location on sunset better sushi and service.

Food is not as good as it used to be. Interior is a bit dark. It seems to be losing its again flare.

I waited 10 minutes before someone came to the area I was seated in. The hostess was seating another guest and I asked if someone was going to wait on me. She walked away to get someone. She didn’t know that I was getting up to leave. As I was leaving she and the waitress was laughing about how she forgot that I was back there. I immediately asked for thr manager and he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about.

The last time we went for lunch our server was great. With the last bite of each course, he brought the next course within seconds. However, I wish the food was as good as his service. It is very generic and bland. I enjoyed the steamed dumplings the most but much of the other food had no Asian flavor and is very Americanized.

I came in for a quick snack before the movies and I ordered clam chowder and now I’m in the hospital. I’ve been throwing up ever since. Not sure what they put in that clam chowder, but it completely disrupted on the whole entire body. I’m so beyond sick.

I visited the restaurant yesterday and the waitress charged me for two bills that were not mine. I had to return to the store to get a refund and was not even offered a free meal or not charged for the meal because of their error. Very incompetent staff. I will never visit this restaurant again.

Once a great place is now LOST. Terrible manager and food has really gone downhill. Was our favorite for a while, but bad all around. Never again

Ordered a spring roll. Received an egg roll, which was tasted sour as if the cabbage was spoiled. Had to throw it away. Took away my appetite for my bento box. The food usually tastes better.

Stopped for lunch this afternoon. I tried the Ma-la Chicken with basil and my spouse had Spicy Thai basil chicken, both were fine. However neither had any Thai basil. The flavors were not bad, but the vibe red bowl gives is more like a Chilis than a hole in the wall family run authentic Asian place. Lunch prices were fine for the portion amount and egg roll on the side. Server was also just fine, so 4 stars for overall fine-ness.
