Red Sake Japanese Restaurant

Me and my husband went to eat dinner tonight and ordered sushi like always.. well I ordered the garden roll that says on the menu that it’s cooked sushi nothing raw. Well after I eat it I decided to order another once I got the second one I opened it up because I felt something funny in it and there was raw tuna and I’m 6 months pregnant. When talking to the owner of the restaurant she tells us it was a small mistake and they would reprint the menu for next time we come. I told her I was more worried about me eating raw tuna off of their menu that says it has nothing raw in it ! She said well what do you want me to do. So if you’re pregnant I would just recommend not eating the sushi at all since they don’t tell you on their menu that some of the rolls are RAW ! (Anything with raw fish has the little fish beside it on the menu)

I can't believe this place only has 4 stars overall. This is some of the best food I've ever had, and it's consistently good. If I had to choose only one restaurant to eat at for the rest of my life, it would be here!

Celebrated my dad's birthday here last night and wow! It was a little discouraging that we couldn't reserve a table or even be seated until the whole party was there but it was worth it!. I'm still new to the sushi 🍣 experience so having a place where I can pay 1 price and have so many options was wonderful. The restaurant was beautiful, the staff was friendly and new there stuff, the food tasted fresh and delicious. I will definitely be returning to try different 🍣. It's definitely worth the price.

Customer service was terrible, waiter was not available most of the night , couldn’t really enjoy my birthday with my family due to the long wait times on the food! I honestly didn’t get my money worth nor a good experience. Only good thing was food was good

Unfortunately the food is good and the atmosphere is very nice but my waitress tonight is terrible I don’t know what we did to her but she hasn’t even brought the correct drinks to the table. I normally wouldn’t complain but the statement made earlier about raised service charge for guests of 5 or more… yea we are getting it too. Three adults and two children under 6 😂

My wife and I ate here last night, the sushi was room temp and we both had really bad food poisoning as a result all last night and all today. When I went to the bathroom a cook was using it and left without washing their hands as well. This is our second time eating here and both times we have felt ill after eating here.

They add gratuity so if they are rude or provide poor service, you still paid that rude employee or tipped for poor service.

I thought this place would be incredible because of how packed it was- we waited an hour and a half for a table on a Saturday night. But it was absolutely disappointing...it was edible but it was not worth the price.

Somehow they had "Southern-ized" the sushi leaving very few speciality rolls that did not contain tempura or cream cheese. One roll had asparagus in it!

Even something as simple as spicy tuna was disappointing. It was not mixed well and lacked flavor. Their fish was not the the highest quality and did not taste fresh.

I feel really bad for this area; there are not a lot of options for sushi and if this is what is considered top-tier for this region, people don't know what they're missing elsewhere.

Despite the food being lackluster and disappointing they had great customer service and attentive servers.
