My husband and I were very disappointed. I’ve never been prior to today, but my husband had been once before they changed names, and he liked the food a lot better then. I did not care too much for the waiter, he talked way too fast when we sat down, and I could not understand a word he said. He was very personable with other tables, so I’m not sure why we didn’t receive the same interaction. The food was fine, nothing spectacular. We much rather have gone somewhere else...

First time at this restaurant and it was lights out! The buffet options were amazing and all the food; from the shrimp to the asparagus, was very fresh!
Our server, red head young lady, helped explain how service worked with the buffet and gauchos (she even ran the keys I mistakenly left at the table to me outside)
The gauchos meat options were as endless they were tasty! Can’t rave about it enough.
Be ready to spend $52 a head but you will 100 percent...

I would like to personally commend Rodrigo, the restaurant manager, for his outstanding leadership and exceptional service at the Columbia, South Carolina location.

During my visit, Rodrigo handled a particularly challenging situation with a customer who appeared to be attempting to receive her meal for free. Despite the customer becoming loud and disrespectful, Rodrigo maintained his professionalism, treating her with courtesy and respect throughout the interaction.
