Custard is awesome – somehow warmer than ice cream without losing its form – a bit like whipped butter with sugar… in a good, not greasy, way. And, of course the Italian ice is always on point. The walk up stand with outside seating is a summertime must - great family experience, chance to hang out with friends, or give yourself how much deserved solo treat.
Decided to give this place a try but left with my pockets contemplating life 4 cups of custard ice cream with sprinkles $30. I would have spent less at Baskin-Robbins or dairy Queen and got more for my money.
Stopped around 7:30 pm & apparently young college kid's hour. However it was crowded, line moved quickly. Parking is hard to find. The Italian ice is great though.
