Decided to give this place a try but left with my pockets contemplating life 4 cups of custard ice cream with sprinkles $30. I would have spent less at Baskin-Robbins or dairy Queen and got more for my money.
Stopped around 7:30 pm & apparently young college kid's hour. However it was crowded, line moved quickly. Parking is hard to find. The Italian ice is great though.
Parking: I got a violation so parking is hard.

Rita’s Ice and Frozen Custard in downtown Columbia Lady St is delicious and the variety is such a surprise I ordered a peach covered Frosty with vanilla custard and homemade whipped cream and a cherry on the top.
