Not sure what has changed at this location within the last 6 months, but it is a GREAT change! The food is so much better. The service at the drive-through is efficient and so courteous. The young man, Amir, at the window makes sure you have everything you need with your order, from straws to extra napkins! You are doing a great job, Rush's on Harbison Boulevard!!!

First time at Rush definitely will not be our last! Delicious food served quick, friendly and delicious
Chicken fried to perfection. Manager gave us the rundown of his favorite food there as well as a short history of the business! Love the whole experience. Customer Service was perfection

Got to the store, they was extremely busy, of course the day before Thanksgiving. Then I overheard an employee say, why they here Chipotle's is across the street. I thought WOW, great customer service, I should've left then, because I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered a 3 pc dark and received a 2 pc white.
