Osaki crab, avocado, and cucumber with crab salad topping, lightly dusted with togarashi spice and covered with tempura flakes.
Raptor Roll
Fried shrimp, crab, cucumber, cream cheese, and spicy mayonnaise on the inside; flame seared beef tenderloin on top with ponzu, sriracha, and green onion. *Please note: the beef tenderloin is lightly seared and served rare to medium rare. We do not cook this to order as it is seared with a hand torch.

Best hidden gem in The Vista. It can be hard to find but once you know where it is parking doesn't become an issue. Used to eat here all of the time in college and loved it. Heard they had a new owner so a group of buddies and I decided to give it a go while we were all in town for a reunion. It did not disappoint. We enjoyed some sushi and appetizers after a show at Koger center. It was a short walk. The restaurant was clean and our server was very friendly & attentive Arrived early and she pulled out a bench for us to wait on. Food came out quickly. You gotta try the peanut butter pie! Loved watching the old music videos.

One of the best restaurants experiences I ever had. Highly recommend. The owner Steve Price is very hands on with his customers. Don’t hardly see that anymore. Treats you like family.
