Raptor Roll
Fried shrimp, crab, cucumber, cream cheese, and spicy mayonnaise on the inside; flame seared beef tenderloin on top with ponzu, sriracha, and green onion. *Please note: the beef tenderloin is lightly seared and served rare to medium rare. We do not cook this to order as it is seared with a hand torch.

First time having dinner here. The service was slow for a quiet Sunday night unfortunately, but the food was good. We got the miso soup, salmon tataki, samurai roll, as well as salmon, tuna, yellowtail, and escolar nigiris. The miso soup portion was generous and came with shitake mushrooms but no seaweed. All the sushi was delicious, especially the salmon tataki, escolar, and samurai roll. We paid $94.50 for everything, excluding tip, so it was pretty pricey. I feel a little hesitant...

I got an order for pickup from here. When I went to pick up, the waitstaff were very awkward to the point where it felt almost rude. It felt like they had never had someone come get an order for pickup before. They ordered me around about where I needed to stand while they packed my order. Why wasn't it already packed and why couldn't I just stand at the hostess stand?
Our food ended up being fine. It wasn't bad sushi at all, but it wasn't anything...

had a blast with the sushi class. great price considering what you get. chef was very personable and knowledgeable. service was fast. learned a lot and the food was great! this was our first time and we can’t wait to come back!😋
