I’m only giving this place 1 star because the food was good. What I didn’t like about my experience was calling my order in an hour before their posted close time and they missed 4/7 rolls of sushi I ordered. I asked the young man at the counter if they could possibly make the 4 missing california rolls and he told me yes and that it would take 15-25 minutes. A few minutes later, he called me back saying they couldn’t make the order they previously confirmed they could make for me. They also never asked about sauces nor did they provide silverware/chopsticks, I also never received any type of apology for the inconveniences caused. As a manager of a restaurant myself, I find this unacceptable. Maybe dine-in is the way to go, but I do not recommend take-out from this location.

Amazing Hibachi joint. Thursday night special is steak, chicken, and shrimp for $25.99. Trust me, it is worth it. It's enough food for 2 meals.Dietary restrictions: They work with you on dietary restrictions. One lady brought her own gluten-free soy sauce, and the chef cooked hers separately.Parking: Plenty of parking in the front and on the sides.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly placeWheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible

I ordered online and they gave my food away to someone else and did not remake my meal and told me I had to pay again. 60 worth of food and can't make sure their customers get their food. Slack as hockey sticks.

My friends and I had a nice time. We enjoyed the food that our chef, Leroy, prepared . They were delicious.

Don't waste your money! If you're hungry, just go somewhere else! The amount of food they give on to-go plates is NOT worth the price. The steak tastes like dog food and the service is below average!

Ate here one night with my girlfriend and my son and firstly, the server seemed like she was rushing us out of the establishment as the chef just finished cooking our meal, she bought us our checks and to go boxes and we had hardly started eating. We then, a few bites in, I feel a tickle in my throat. I pull out a long black hair. It’s not mine and it’s not my s/o as she has light brown hair. For some reason I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I continue eating and find 2 more similar hairs and I immediately stopped eating. I have to track down my waitress as she already closed our tab out and I tell her the ordeal. She then gets the manager to come over after a few minutes and he says that he is really sorry about what happened and he would comp the meal but he can’t because we already paid. “We were rushed out.” He then goes on to say that he will give me a FREE meal next time I come in to which I wasn’t too keen on. Anyway, fast forward a few weeks I’m looking for dinner and I think wth let’s give them another chance. I call in my order and when I arrive to pick it up, the host/cashier says let me get the owner. This lady says no I can’t give you your meal for free because it’s expensive. I can only give you a discount. To which I replied that’s not what I was told, I didn’t get to finish my expensive meal the first time because your staff had their hair in my food and mouth. Don’t give this lady anymore money.

This was my first time dining in tonight for my daughter's birthday ONLY because Miyabi's was booked. I made a reservation @7:30 wasn't sat until 20 minutes later. No alcohol menu was available tonight, they ONLY had ginger and soy dressings available for salad(s). Maybe it was bad night I probably would try again with a smaller party.

My family and I have been going here for years, our last recent visit was HORRIBLE!!! I believe the cook called his self “Martin” or “Marti” he has been working there a while, I would always dread getting him because he is always rude, unfortunately we ended up with him again, this time he seemed like he didn’t even want to be at work, he gave us the worst service ever in all the years I’ve been going there. He made racist jokes, the food was not cooked right, everything we requested he didn’t do. We asked that our vegetables be cooked longer he got mad and slammed down the spatula, he used the same spatula with raw chicken while cooking the vegetables without even wiping the spatula off or anything, it was so horrible I told him to just cancel my order. He was rude and obnoxious the entire time! This man is ruining your business!
