On 8/15/25 at 6:47 PM, my husband and I called in to order a large cheese pizza with two sides of marinara for pickup. We were told it would be ready in about 30–35 minutes. At 7:18 PM, we went inside to pick it up, only to be told they couldn’t find our order in the system or written down anywhere. None of the staff admitted to taking our call, even though we had clearly spoken to a girl when placing it.

Whatever you do, DONT order from them on a weekend. Its taken over an hour for the food to be made, its been 30 minutes PAST the notification that said it was delivered. We’ve had to call the restaurant twice now & they keep telling us the same thing “they’re on the way”. Horrible customer service and haven’t offered anything to make it right. My family is so hungry and we’re paying a lot for this meal that we may not even get delivered to us at this point :(
Disappointing............fast food at best...........inside service........no one came by while we had dinner...........salad fair, spaghetti poor......... fountain sodas were ok
