Manager can’t read out of state ID’s I guess. Denied me alcohol at 23 years old. Tried telling me it didn’t match her ID guide, I work customer service in a different state and use the exact same book, she was lying.
I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger on Steroids with a well done patty on 5/26/24 at 7:58pm via Door Dash for $37.75 total (that doesn’t includes Door Dashes charges). Not only did my burger not have ANY bacon, my burger was very pink in the middle. I left a bad review on Door Dash and I am following up on here and Google. And Yelp too. We always enjoy a great burger here, and they even have gluten free buns! Customer service is fantastic! The wait staff is polite, informative, and give just the right amount of service... and not hovering. Each time we have eaten here, the manager checks in with us to make sure everything is as it should be. Perhaps it was the last time we ate here, I happened to forget an unusual drinking cup.
