I really don't know how to rate this because they do make great shakes but they're definitely not worth almost $16. No more will I be going the Smoothie King for a $16 Shake. I spent a considerable amount here in the past year because I travel for work and won't be doing it anymore. I'll just go out to a nice restaurant and get a lunch for $16 thats healthy. If you can afford a $16 Shake in this climate this Columbia Place does make a good one.

Oh my goodness I stopped by the smoothie king located on Lincoln St Near the college campus in Downtown Columbia, South Carolina. I met the most amazing staff the manager Ashleigh and Co-worker Joseph. Because I was visiting from another state. We engaged in wonderful conversation and my smoothie was made to perfection. I ordered the Peanut Power Plus Strawberry which is my favorite and I asked if they could make it thick for me and oh my goodness it was perfect. Ashleigh and I talked for several minutes about attraction that was in the area. We also chatted about her visit to Texas for the smoothie king convention along with several other topics. Joseph was so kind and friendly when I asked him about the radio station in the area and he kindly came through with the information they both was so nice and friendly. When I do come back to visit I will definitely stop by to pay them a visit as well. Great exceptional service and I thank you for being apart of the smoothie king team as I am a SMOOTHIE KING QUEEN 😊 I have the app and am on Champion Status that's how much I enjoy those smoothies. I hope those two team members or acknowledged and recognized for a great service they given to me on March 3,2025. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK

Has to be the SLOWEST location we have visited. The staff was working but it shouldn’t take 30 mins to get a smoothie, it’s not worth the wait. Appears to be a management/owner issue. Two employees can’t keep up with the volume, won’t be back

This location is always top-notch! The workers are always kind, respectful, and working hard to complete my order. Whether I order inside or through the app, they are always on point with their service! Parking can be a little tight sometimes, but that goes with the location. It has never been a big deal for me to get in and get out in a reasonable amount of time.

Staff is so slow. Literally took 15 minutes to make a smoothie. No one else was in here and no other orders were placed. I was the only one. Right after I placed my order the employee went to the restroom and took their time. Then came back and made the smoothie and answered the phone and went away before pouring it. 15 mins for one smoothie is ridiculous and the employee wasn’t even remorseful.
