Oh my goodness I stopped by the smoothie king located on Lincoln St Near the college campus in Downtown Columbia, South Carolina. I met the most amazing staff the manager Ashleigh and Co-worker Joseph. Because I was visiting from another state. We engaged in wonderful conversation and my smoothie was made to perfection. I ordered the Peanut Power Plus Strawberry which is my favorite and I asked if they could make it thick for me and oh my goodness it was perfect. Ashleigh and I talked for several minutes about attraction that was in the area. We also chatted about her visit to Texas for the smoothie king convention along with several other topics. Joseph was so kind and friendly when I asked him about the radio station in the area and he kindly came through with the information they both was so nice and friendly. When I do come back to visit I will definitely stop by to pay them a visit as well. Great exceptional service and I thank you for being apart of the smoothie king team as I am a SMOOTHIE KING QUEEN 😊 I have the app and am on Champion Status that's how much I enjoy those smoothies. I hope those two team members or acknowledged and recognized for a great service they given to me on March 3,2025. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK

Has to be the SLOWEST location we have visited. The staff was working but it shouldn’t take 30 mins to get a smoothie, it’s not worth the wait. Appears to be a management/owner issue. Two employees can’t keep up with the volume, won’t be back

This location is always top-notch! The workers are always kind, respectful, and working hard to complete my order. Whether I order inside or through the app, they are always on point with their service! Parking can be a little tight sometimes, but that goes with the location. It has never been a big deal for me to get in and get out in a reasonable amount of time.

Staff is so slow. Literally took 15 minutes to make a smoothie. No one else was in here and no other orders were placed. I was the only one. Right after I placed my order the employee went to the restroom and took their time. Then came back and made the smoothie and answered the phone and went away before pouring it. 15 mins for one smoothie is ridiculous and the employee wasn’t even remorseful.

I've been coming to Smoothie King for 5 years. I am a loyal customer. I've seen a lot happen at this location. It's located in the vista in downtown Columbia. The newer manager Ashleigh is great. I love her. She makes my smoothies. I have a few different ones that I get. The vegan pineapple spinach, carrot kale dream and the peanut power plus. I like thicker smoothies so I always get extra ice. I drink the 44 oz ones because I do smoothies as meal replacements. I do extra protein, diet down and immune support. I've never had a bowl from here but they look delicious. I stick to the smoothies because their cheaper than the bowl and I can get the bigger size. Lol. My son and I are loyal customers and we love visiting you guys! We come multiple times a week! Screw McDonald's and Wendy's. We're at Smoothie King. Better quality and better for your health.
Kid-friendliness: They have a few kid friendly smoothies. My son gets the strawberry and banana or the blueberry and banana smoothies. He's 5. He's been drinking smoothies since he was a baby. It's important to me that my son knows how to eat healthy. I feed him the same stuff I eat and drink. We do smoothies, vegan things and we eat chicken, turkey and seafood. We don't eat pork or beef often. My son definitely gets treated well here at Smoothie King. All the employees know him. His name is Zaharyei but his nickname is Bash. Thank you employees for 5 years of experience, quality and love. We love you!

It's my first time to smoothie king, store was very clean and staff are courteous. ordered strawberry guava lemonade and it was refreshing and fresh. Although I could taste strawberry but couldn't taste guava. may be guava's taste was dull. Would definitely visit again and recommend to others.

The young man & lady working were doing their best to keep up with the rush when I came in for my app order. I took a seat as I wasn't in a hurry. I was immediately acknowledged, greeted, and told they apologized, but my order would be done in just a minute. Very efficient, friendly place! I love the options, especially the bowls now! This location has always given me top-notch service! Will always come here when I can!

Very disappointed… I recently visited the store shortly before closing time, understanding that it might be a bit inconvenient. However, I was under the impression that service would be available until their posted closing time of 9pm. It's reasonable to expect that a business will adhere to its publicly stated hours. If there is a preference for wrapping up earlier, perhaps revising the official store hours would be more appropriate. This would ensure clarity and prevent any misunderstandings for future customers
