One of the better smoothie kings that I've been to.I was here in the morning, so I don't know what it's like during other times, but it was good when I was there.

Very disappointed… I recently visited the store shortly before closing time, understanding that it might be a bit inconvenient. However, I was under the impression that service would be available until their posted closing time of 9pm. It's reasonable to expect that a business will adhere to its publicly stated hours. If there is a preference for wrapping up earlier, perhaps revising the official store hours would be more appropriate. This would ensure clarity and prevent any misunderstandings for future customers

Placed online order at 9am. Card got charged for my smoothie. I show up, door is locked and lights are off. Nobody there. Store was Supposed to have opened at 7am. App said to call the number provided for help. I called, it said this number is disconnected So I paid money and drove across town for literally nothingAbsolutely ridiculous

I love smoothie King period. I went a little before closing and it was my first time at this location. I had my go to lemon twist strawberry. What i love is the consistency of the brand. If you don't like sweet I will advise getting half sweetener. I have never tried anything other than take a break blends so i can't give advice on any other flavours. This location does not have the best parking situation but you can place an order ahead and pic up

The young man & lady working were doing their best to keep up with the rush when I came in for my app order. I took a seat as I wasn't in a hurry. I was immediately acknowledged, greeted, and told they apologized, but my order would be done in just a minute. Very efficient, friendly place! I love the options, especially the bowls now! This location has always given me top-notch service! Will always come here when I can!

They do not open at 7, the hours need to be adjusted on google. Everytime I try to come at 7 it is still dark inside.

It was all good until it wasn’t. I came to this location a few times for the PB Swizzle Bowl and so far so good. Today I came back to get another one and the bowl was so sloppy. As soon as I took the top off, fruit began to fall out onto the counter & peanut butter got on my fingers. The worker could tell I wasn’t satisfied and who would be! A $13.19 bowl that looks a mess. I asked for a refund and the woman called her manager who advised her the only option was for the refund to go on my debit card! Mind blown, I asked why if I paid exact cash. She said they would have to call the district manager to see how to do that. Are you serious??? I said just put it on a gift card, the worker ignored that and responded I can put it on a debit card. Exasperated at the entire ordeal, I gave her my card. She then told me it would go back on my card in 3 to 5 business days. I will not be back unless the guy with curly hair is here. He seems to be the only competent worker they have. See photos! One receipt shows I paid cash and the next shows my debit card for the refund. Also, I included how the bowl is supposed to look then what they served me. Lastly, thankfully I have more cash on me to get something else to eat when I get off work. Could you imagine if I didn’t and that was my last??!

45-minute smoothie run for a single smoothie, and it wasn't packed or extremely busy. Ordered on app at 12:38pm, got my smoothie at 1:03pm which made me late getting back. Ratio was off after employee add more ice.Subpar for the brand and basic service. Even though it was excessively behind, they still were oddly taking their time getting to it after starting it and putting it down to ring up a customer and then making another instead.

Placed an order on the mobile app and went through charging my credit card. Drove to the location and at 7:20 building was dark, doors locked. Tried to call, but the published phone number on the app and website do not work.

Online order was far from ready by my pick up time. Unfortunately it's not the first time at this location. People are kind though and smoothies are good.

I placed a online order through the mobile app. Order was confirmed, I then went to the Lincoln St location to pick up my order only to find the door locked and lights off….. I tried to call neighboring locations to see if I could pick my order up there but they all said I was “out of luck”. I’m pregnant and really wanted my SMOOTHIE. I also need a refund but can’t get into contact with the store.
