First of all, I want to personally thank the servers/workers of this Smoothie King. Ceniya and Tavia were 5/5 stars ⭐️ in customer service and so knowledgeable of the items they represent and sell. Both were so respectful and patient, bonus part was that the smoothie and açaí bowls were so delicious. I will be returning and I highly recommend a visit here.

Apparently it's store policy to only give customers 8oz of the 16oz smoothie bowl. asked the dude behind the counter why it wasnt the size it usually is when my bowl had about 1/3 base and toppings barely to the middle of the container. yet the price went up another dollar and the container hasn't changed...

I spend hundreds of dollars each year with smoothie king and being a customer since smoothie king came to the Columbia area this last visit was enough to make me never visit another establishment again. The employee obviously did not appreciate me bringing my smoothie back in to be made which was the very first time I’ve ever done that. Lastly, I was the only customer in the store when I came back after picking up my order. Two more customers came in after and this specific employee proceeded to make these orders before mine. After sitting and waiting for my new drink for 10 min she asked me what my order was again. Never apologized never spoke to me but to be rude. Just placed my order on the counter and walked away. Extremely poor customer service, this is why I stopped visiting the fashion drive location and only went to the summit parkway location. They are absolutely wonderful and my smoothie always tasted the same. This fashion Dr location needs a serious revamp on employees and cleanup in the store. Poor service with nasty attitude employees. I will definitely not be visiting again. I would think that simply asking for a $10 smoothie to be remade wouldn’t cause 1 employee so much strife.

The lady in here today was the nicest woman! She was black, had piercings on her face and I wish I got her name! She was just so sweet, and also knew immediately one of the other customers who came after me by name and I just think that’s amazing! My smoothing was amazing as always! So good! Always will be back!

The smoothie bowl itself tasted good, however, it wasn’t originally made to the specifications indicated on the online order. When I arrived, I made the team aware and they decided that they were not going to make it over- just scrape the bananas off the top. I shared with them that - while that may be fine for me; it may not work for people with allergies so, it’s best to receive their consent. The staff member informed me that - “that is what he (another team member) instructed them to do so that is what she will do. Since this business was founded by someone managing allergies- his was a shocking response. This was the fifth and final time that I will overlook issues at this location. The employees were not very pleasant and the response was disappointing. Sadly, there are actually a few wonderful team members working there but they are outweighed by others that are not as attentive.
