The lady in here today was the nicest woman! She was black, had piercings on her face and I wish I got her name! She was just so sweet, and also knew immediately one of the other customers who came after me by name and I just think that’s amazing! My smoothing was amazing as always! So good! Always will be back!

The smoothie bowl itself tasted good, however, it wasn’t originally made to the specifications indicated on the online order.
When I arrived, I made the team aware and they decided that they were not going to make it over- just scrape the bananas off the top.
I shared with them that - while that may be fine for me; it may not work for people with allergies so, it’s best to receive their consent.
The staff member informed me that - “that is what he (another team member) instructed them to do so that is what she will do. Since this business was founded by someone managing allergies- his was a shocking response.
This was the fifth and final time that I will overlook issues at this location.
The employees were not very pleasant and the response was disappointing. Sadly, there are actually a few wonderful team members working there but they are outweighed by others that are not as attentive.

The customer service I received was subpar. When I entered the establishment, no one greeted me. The overall atmosphere was negative, and the employees appeared to be unhappy with their jobs. This made me want to leave immediately. When I began to place my order, the employees were curt and seemed to be annoyed by my presence.

Today was my first time trying this place out and I don’t regret it. Meme made me the best smoothie I’ve ever had. She suggested it and it was perfect for what I was looking for I will be back. Thanks girl!

The app was down and charged me twice. I came to store to get it rectified 2 times and the staff is unable to help me. There needs to be more customer service at this location. They could have just offered to make the smoothies, instead they made me give my information and wait for a call back. Customers should be priority and workers need to trained to handle theses situations. It's not like this is a high cost item. Just make the smoothies and keep the customers happy.

Placed an online order for a smoothie at 12pm I pull up to the store and its several people waiting outside saying they are not open yet the worker apparently locked the door because he is the only one working and he seems to be fixing the machines idk have been waiting in the car for over 15 minutes this is ridiculous if I didn’t already place the online order I would of left do better

No one really answers the phone when I call. I used to work there and I stopped in March of 2023, can the owner please contact me about a W2 as I’ve moved and trying to change the address. Really don’t wanna drive 3 hours just for that.

I do not recommend. I did a pre order on the app and still had to wait an additional 20 minutes before it was ready. The young lady did me or any one else that came in the store. She was also working alone. I’ve been a few times and more times than not only one person is working. It’s not fair to customers or employees…..Smoothie King please do better.
