Taylor went above and beyond in customer service, a truly uplifting experience that will inspire me to return and continue to spread the word about his exceptional service. I stop by a sonic almost daily and his customer serve knocked it out of the park. Will definitely be back!!!
After placing my order on the app I drove across the street to pick it up... pulled up and checked in....waited 25 mins and watched about 3 orders come out....wasn't even busy... after waiting the 25 mins I walked in, even though they were supposed to bring it out....got my order and checked it.... IT WAS WRONG. so not only did I wait and have to go in but it was WRONG. Now if they were busy,sympathetic or seemed like they cared in the slightest this probably wouldn't...
Staff is extremely friendly every time we come, with the exception of an employee named Frank Manning. He is very rude and snappy with customers. Sonic leadership needs to remove him as he is a morale buster. The only other thing is the food is sometimes served cold. Please just work on food temps. Hot food needs to be served hot and fresh! I hate having to return food because it isn’t fresh.
