Im legit pissed because I just left to BUY a cup of ice and was denied even tho I done spent plenty money with them with my account and my baby account. Just got her a creme frape earlier today and now I cant spend money on a cup of ice or water is crazy to me

I debated making a review because I didn’t want to be mean…. and there’s nothing good I can say about this store. Let’s be real, it’s starbucks. I don’t expect gourmet coffee and this isn’t a cozy cafe. But… it’s like I might as well go to mcdonald’s and get coffee! It takes forever to get what was supposed to be your drink… which you paid an arm and a leg for… just for it to be disgusting and made wrong… It’s definitely time for me to try a different coffee place.

They made my drink with lemonade instead of water, told me that it was made correctly when it wasn't, and then told me I'd have to park and come in to get the correct drink they made incorrectly in the first place....

Big shout out to Jacqueline! (hope I spelled your name right) I placed my order (with stars) to the wrong store, I tried to call the other store 8 times with no response. So she gave me tips on how to call customer service to receive the stars back since the store can’t provide. And informed me that the store can remake the drinks in the future. I appreciate you Caffeine Queen!

This may be one of the best Starbucks stores I have encountered, the employees were all having a good time while still maintaining customer focus and making incredible beverages. I hope other stores can follow suit to create a more relaxed and welcoming environment. Will definitely be back! (I am specifically referring to everyone who was working 4/5 early morning till about 10 am, they all deserve a shout out for their work and attitudes.)

Very awkward staff, it was as if they wouldn’t give me what I was requesting which was simple; a banana loaf bread. They said they weren’t allowed to sell from the case, the staff claimed they were out of them in the package and when I asked if they had any in the back they could sell she said no because we don’t want to mess up our inventory count. Now from a previous Starbucks employee I recall us giving the upmost customer satisfaction to our guest. It was never no instead let me see what I can do. The store was dirty, aprons and trash all over the place. Maybe daytime is different but night is a no. I’m just disappointed in the low standards of Starbucks nowadays.
