The last three times, out of the many times, I’ve visited this location has not been a great experience. The 1st instance, they gave me the wrong food and I didn’t realize it until 10 minutes down the road. The 2nd and 3rd time, my iced coffee hasn’t had the correct ratio of ingredients as it’s, tasted different each time while also tasting too sweet. Not to mention an extreme presence of milk curdling in each of my last two visits. Hoping things get better as I’ll give...

I ordered the new Wicked Drink, and the barista who made it for me was super nice (she was darker skinned with brown curly braids). I walked in and it was a good minute and a half before they even acknowledged me. They looked at me but kept working at least when the customer walks in and you see them and you make eye contact say hello. We’ll be right with you. When the employee came to the counter no hello no nothing just looked at me. The back counter was dirty. Had stuff spilled all over. It was a complete mess.
