DO NOT , I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BOJANGLES. The service is horrible. We placed an online order to be ready at 5:30pm. I got there at 5:28 , said there would be a 20 minute wait on chicken. Come back 20 minutes later now it's a 12 minute extra wait because they 'forgot to marinate it' . Not worth it. There have been plenty of other times like this but for some reason we have kept giving them chance after chance. No more. Shut this bojangles down , please!
Probably the worst fast food establishment I have ever been to. And that’s saying something. I would find a different location. They represent Bojangles in a horrible fashion!
Absolute disaster. Waited 20 minutes for a biscuit and bo rounds. Sweet tea was unsweetened tea and they pulled all the cars to the side to wait just so their drive thru time wasn't running up. This place is a joke and should be shut the hell down
