I want to start by saying the baristas are friendly and apologetic, BUT every single time I come to this location my drink gets messed up and I have to go in. My order is always shots of espresso with oatmilk as creamer. They always end up either filling it to the brim with steamed oatmilk like a latte or not giving me any oatmilk at all. When I go in to get it fixed they just fill it up with cold oatmilk even though I make sure to say I would like 1/2 inch of oatmilk as creamer. I enjoy the taste of espresso and I do not want a full drink which is why I order a triple shot with oatmilk and not a latte. It’s disappointing to have my drink messed up every single time.

Disgusted with the way you treat the homeless and potential customers. You judge based on the way people look, shouting out the code to people who look well off, but when someone comes in and doesn't look the best, you deny them access, even if they're potential customers. And even if they're not, they have a right to use the bathroom. Billion dollar company but can't let someone use the bathroom or give them a water.

I love this place. The employees are the sweetest people and I’ve had lovely conversations with many of them. They remember my name every time I go in and genuinely seem interested in me as a person and not just a sale. Even when they are running behind they always get me out the door to work in a timely fashion. My husband will try to get me to go to other Starbucks locations when we go on vacation but I make him stop at this one because of the employees. They are AWESOME

Service is horrible!!!! We came to this location on May 21 at 8:52, 7 minutes before closing. We were driving for 3 hours and wanted to stop to get a quick drink and use a restroom. The guy who was working there closed the doors at 8:52 and when we came closer and knocked he just shaked his head saying “no” turned around and walked away. Due to Starbucks policy they must to accept customers until the store is officially closed, even if you walked in 2 minutes before close.
The most insane and thing was when we were leaving he looked at us and waved his hand saying goodbye 👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻 It was very rude and we felt very offended.
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with Starbucks and it is very bad for a brand not to teach your stuff such things and, at minimum, to be polite to your customers 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Reminded why I stopped coming here to this Starbucks…..back to my usual, this what I get for going outside my norm……pay for venti and get grande also the barista think it’s Funtime with OD on the Carmel drizzle….about an inch thick on the bottom. Think I have more drizzle than frappe ? so over it ?

I love this location, it's my favorite. I ordered my normal drink and a cream cheese Danish. She says come around for total. She failed to tell me what I ordered cost me two more dollars than normal and that she was sorry. I'll be honest. I didn't have enough but I thought I did so I didn't get the drink I got the Danish. But overall she was sweet and kind.

Always great service and a smile in their voice at 6:30 am. This is consistent and a part of their selection of employees. I come away from the drive thru feeling better than when I drove up ! Thanks Starbucks.

Very very poor behavior when I stepped to the counter to pickup my coffee. The tall thin male spoke to me like I did not have a clue of the process and was very rude. I ignored the bad behavior because I wanted the coffee and needed to focus on my task. My refill request was not at all comfortable and I do not recommend this location. Zero Stars
