The two women they have working today seemed way over their head! They were struggling to ring up basic orders for customers, spent almost 5 minutes trying to figure out how to print a receipt for a customer, and just overall acted in a seemingly inebriated manner. While I was waiting on my drink, a woman walked in and ordered a regular decaf coffee. She paid and when she got the receipt, they had rung her up for a regular coffee with a shot of decaf espresso. She asked the cashier to explain why she had rung it up this way and she responded that they were out of decaf coffee, so her solution was to fill the cup with regular coffee and add a shot of decaf espresso.
They were struggling to complete the basics tasks of running the store, they seemed to be struggling to even function at a basic human level. They should not have been left alone to run the store.

Service Absolutely SUCKED TODAY 😡 It’s almost 8 people should be working, took 5 minutes to acknowledge me though literally standing around on their phone next after order taken he asked a young lady to fix my drink and she rudely told him that’s not her responsibility and continued on her phone. Really? Do management know what’s really going on in the store or yes they’re there and said nothing. I will never come back…. Mind you I spent over $200 in that store alone the past month

Very disappointed by the very rude comments of the staff at this location. I ordered a customized drink and the girl preparing it said out laud the “it’s going to be nasty!!”. Don’t wish anyone else to hear about their ordered drink the same comment.
