Service Absolutely SUCKED TODAY 😡 It’s almost 8 people should be working, took 5 minutes to acknowledge me though literally standing around on their phone next after order taken he asked a young lady to fix my drink and she rudely told him that’s not her responsibility and continued on her phone. Really? Do management know what’s really going on in the store or yes they’re there and said nothing. I will never come back…. Mind you I spent over $200 in that store alone the past month

Very disappointed by the very rude comments of the staff at this location. I ordered a customized drink and the girl preparing it said out laud the “it’s going to be nasty!!”. Don’t wish anyone else to hear about their ordered drink the same comment.

Stopped here for gas, restroom break, and of course coffee on a long road trip. The employees were very friendly and kind. I ordered a tall iced caramel macchiato and it was the BEST one I’ve ever gotten at any Starbucks. My husband got drip coffee and said it tasted great and fresh. Thank you for the great service!

The baristas at this location were some of the most pleasant, cheery people I've come across at a Starbucks. The way they interacted with customers and with each other was a pleasure.

EVERY TIME I walk in here at 6:30 for a simple coffee, they have to brew it and I am stuck waiting 15 minutes. They open at 6:00, why do they not have coffee ready? It IS a coffee shop. This needs to change. Management, are you listening? I would also like to add my own cream and sugar. I've already touched a germ laden door handle so the germs on the creamer don't really matter. Do better.

I ordered an iced gingerbread chai and it was given to me hot , so I told the barista and she rolled her eyes then dropped a few blocks of ice into the hot drink then handed it back and said , "now it's iced" . So the drink was watered down, and the service was bad. This is not the first time we have had a bad experience at this store.
