EVERY TIME I walk in here at 6:30 for a simple coffee, they have to brew it and I am stuck waiting 15 minutes. They open at 6:00, why do they not have coffee ready? It IS a coffee shop. This needs to change. Management, are you listening? I would also like to add my own cream and sugar. I've already touched a germ laden door handle so the germs on the creamer don't really matter. Do better.

I ordered an iced gingerbread chai and it was given to me hot , so I told the barista and she rolled her eyes then dropped a few blocks of ice into the hot drink then handed it back and said , "now it's iced" . So the drink was watered down, and the service was bad. This is not the first time we have had a bad experience at this store.

Very disappointing visit. First the good - both sandwiches were standard Starbucks good. The rest didn't go so well - we got off the interstate because Starbucks had a 2 for 1 deal on Fall drinks - except this Starbucks doesn't honor corporate offers. But it turns out that they didn't have decaffeinated espresso (and haven't had it for weeks) - so the visit was a bust (obviously poor management and not what I expect from a Starbucks visit). I DO NOT recommend this location.

Besides them not answering the phone. I normally order from here.This time my order was screwed up. Next time apologize to a customer that is returning stating something is missing, not right instead of just looking at the side of the cup saying to me, oh it was a mobile order and you ordered 1 pump. When that is how I have always ordered even looking at my receipts within the app. It rings up as that, ALWAYS! Still needed an apology since I stood corrected and an apology as showing great customer service smh.

Communication sucks here don't wait more than 2 days for managers to respond, they will leave you on read beyond that. They'll lie say mid shift is workable as well. Better off looking for someplace else to work. Tldr; Get coffee here, but don't get a job here.

Baristas made my iced brown sugar oat milk espresso to perfection! The feta egg spinach wrap was also perfectly toasted and fluffy!
