They don’t make drinks in order how they arrive. So you wait 25 minutes for a coffee that takes them 2 minutes to make. Food at sit down restaurants comes out faster.

Bait and switch and/or dishonest business practice in play here. My rose gold obsessed daughter was thrilled to see these cups on sale (see photo). The cup rang up the full price and was told it must be a mistake. Would not honor the posted sale price. My caramel mocha also was poorly made; made with “toffee nut” syrup. Gross. My daughter’s hot chocolate was watery tasting. First and last visit at this location. ??

Wonderful staff, very delightful to speak with. Lovely atmosphere, great views sitting at the outside tables. Fast service despite the many visiting today, they were on their game, and no seen misorders. The warmer/toaster doesn't seem to be heating evenly or all the way, though. The cheese wasn't evenly melted on the grilled cheese ordered. Many deals are happening now in store. It's a great time to pick up coffee or new cups.Parking: Not many spaces on starbucks parking strip.

This store has gone down hill the past year. I was once very loyal to this store but tonight was the end for me . The store itself is not clean . Service has gone down so bad. The store needs to be closed and cleaned and re staffed .
