I went to Drive thru to order and while paying, I noticed there's a tip added, I told the associate theres something wrong with the total, she stated she accidentally added $5 the tip, she stated she cannot do a refund and that I have to call 1-800, I asked for phone number she stated to google. associate was illiterate, and needs more training.

I waited probably 20 minutes for my sandwich after asking 2 different people about it. The first girl I asked just ignored me and the 2nd guy I asked said he would check and didn't ever come back. I asked a third time and finally got it. Then it ended up being the wrong order, so waited another 5 min. I don't think I'll ever come back here again. I wasted a good 30 minutes here and honestly wasted money too because the coffee wasn't even that good.

I will tell you I visited this Starbucks and the manager took my order with me being the first person in line. A female who probably came off her break served approximately 3 or more persons before me. I asked her where might my order be she stated that there are 5 people in front of me REALLY. The manager still hasn’t greeted the customer’s to advise what’s the issue on the service. I’m sure all business have a time period from the order to preparation to the custard is not 15 to 20 minute in wait time. To whom it may concern customer satisfaction here wasn’t performed.

I went through the drive through and put my order in Medicine bomb(forgot to ask for it to be made with just lemon juice)so I parked and went in. This is where it gets uncomfortable. I told the young lady what my issue was and she proceeded to remake it for me the right way. My issue is and was that she didn’t give me the right size… when I mentioned this she basically told me I was wrong…. Note: I get this EVERY TIME I come to Starbucks…. So I didn’t argue I just left and stop to post my review. I must mention that the young lady at the window was very nice 😊

During my visit to this Starbucks on Friday Nov.15th 2024 I ordered an ice coffee and Banana Walnut bread(warmed). When my items were received, my coffee tasted like watered down coffee & the bread wasn't warm. I informed the Barista(Blonde w/pig tails). She grabbed the cup, & immediately turned her back to whisper it to her colleague(dark hair, glasses, pink highlights). That person then walked over to me at the counter…So I expressed my concerns. She asked if I wanted her to add something to it. This confused me. B/c Starbies usually apologizes & just remakes it. I asked if it could be remade vs adding anything to it. She was apologetic. So they remade it and the Blonde mentioned above rudely slid it to me on the counter and turned away to continue working. In addition to this when I received my Bread it wasn’t warm. When mentioned The blonde said “It was warm it must have been sitting”. Sitting???!! WHY when I’m standing here waiting? They did warm it again. But the excuse was not necessary.
The customer service was not inviting or Starbucks friendly! I was very polite in expressing my concerns & received rudeness back. It made me feel as if I did something wrong by highlighting concerns in reference to items I purchased. Unfortunately, I will be going to a different location(further from home) b/c tolerating bad customer service is a NO for me!

I am a fan of Stabrucks. The New CEO says the company is getting back to its roots. Well, I say this location has never left. Staff is friendly, And they still have the hand drawn chalk signs which are always lovely. I can tell they put effort into making this location comfy. I love coming here with my grandchillren and girlfriends. Double Smokerd Bacon is always a favorite.

Paris is lazy!! I come up to the register, make eye contact with her signifying I am a customer (breaking her away from whatever she was so engrossed on her phone with) just to have her bolt off somewhere, leaving the other barista (who was cleaning dishes) to take/make the order. She does this mess every time I go there and she is "working".
