Sumo is a great hibachi option. The food is always good and a huge portion. The drinks are good enough. The ranch dressing in the salad was like they added water to make it stretch. That was unfortunate. The mushroom/onion broth/soup they serve is delicious if you like those flavors and light. The chef was entertaining and had good conversation throughout the experience. They are very accommodating to those with allergies and make sure there isn’t any cross contamination.
Worth the wait, people were amazing and that fried rice was the best! So far my favorite fried rice. Not sure if it's standard or just our chef. I'll have to go back for his name. He was amazing as well.

A friendly chef that converses with you and provides recommendations with an aquarium to sit next to is my kinda meal
Laylanie was kind enough to personalize my dish (at no cost!) and recommend my next course. Def was an inviting, informative and a fun experience
It will be hard not to dine at the teppanyaki side but having the flexibility to eat at the sushi bar is def hard to beat...
