Kevin was the best part of the experience!!! They do not toss shrimp like other Japanese restaurants; they toss rice balls. Only two choices of salad dressing being Ranch and Ginger, as the soy is no longer available.
Our server Libby was great! She checked on us through out our visit during dinner time and very fast despite them being short staffed. Food was hot and my Long Island was made RIGHT! Definitely recommend here and Libby!
