Food was cold and customer service was even worse, @taco bell if you're gonna have an employee that represents your company, they should at least be enthusiastic, eager to take an order, presentation is key and have exceptional customer service but this young black lady dropped the ball she shouldn't come to potential customers with blah energy and focusing on her phone the whole time like come on do that in your break time..this happened today at 4:10 p.m 1/25/26

I love Taco Bell, but I came here and found two people playing on their phones. I was trying to place my order, and they barely looked at me or paid attention. Then they practically mocked me, laughing among themselves. I just left. They should hire people who actually want to work.

It’s a little weird man you guys close at 9 PM. I think you guys should probably close at like two in the afternoon. Why do you guys stay open so late? That makes no sense at all just close it two in the afternoon.

The line cook this day 7-5-25 at 245pm was extremely rude to her coworker when a customer asked about sour cream on one of his tacos and the cashier went to explain it the line cook said in the most rudest way wHaT?! Then again the cashier said the customers taco was suppose to have sour cream on it. Cashier was professional line cook however should be fired. Walking around like she dont care about her job and rude to people. Unprofessional as it gets
Manager or owner needs to do somwthing about they're employees. They are not polite. Ig ore you when waiting on line and forget things in your order. This is not the frist time. I have it a swcond chance but this time was worse. Front girl did not even do eye contact. What kind of service is that. This location is never consistent with the quality of food. The last 2 times I went there.I got a cheesy rice bean burrito without cheese sauce.I pay to have potatoes added it and only receive three and one was so severely dried. So from that I won't be spending my money at the taco bell in Orangeburg on saint matthew's road again

Man this Taco Bell was surprisingly one of the best ones I've been to in a while. Super clean inside and out. The staff were extremely friendly and seemed like they actually cared about what they were doing. The food was prepared exactly as ordered and was done sloppily. I will definitely go back to this location next time I want some taco bell!
